Refund Policy

Cancellation of a course must be made a maximum of 14 days after the participant signs up to the course to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made over 14 days after signing up for the course are not eligible for a refund. Written notice of cancellation shall be effective on the date the withdrawal is received by OMLINE LIFESTYLE COACHING EST. will be made within 14 days following receipt of cancellation or withdrawal requests.

Reasons for denied refunds

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following:

  • A significant portion of the course has been consumed or downloaded by a client before the refund was requested.
  • Multiple refunds have been requested by a client for the same course.
  • Excessive refunds have been requested by a client.
  • Users who have their account reported, banned or course access disabled due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions.
These refund restrictions will be enforced to the extent permitted by applicable law.

When will I receive my refund?

Refund requests are submitted immediately to your payment processor or financial institution after Coursetakers has received and processed your request. It may take 5 to 10 business days or longer to post the funds in your account, depending on your financial institution or location.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
